When you order on our website, an email is sent to you to confirm the order has been successful. When we receive the order, it is processed the next working day and dispatched as soon as possible. As you entered your email address or mobile number, we will use this in Australia Post’s eParcel system. This allows your goods to be tracked. If you ordered by phone or mail and have provided an email address, we will also enter this into the eParcel system.
We use Australia Post for deliveries. A unique barcode will be assigned to each item in your consignment, which is then scanned and tracked all the way through its journey. Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days for major cities and up to 10 days for other areas, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 14 business day, then please contact us OR Australia Post on 13 13 18 and we will try and trace your parcel for you. Please note, the timeframes provided are used as a guideline only and are to be used as an estimate – not as a guarantee. Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery is out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for any postal delays through the Australia Post delivery network. If you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on the purchase order.
All orders should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is important as it ensures that all the necessary IBR personnel will see your order. Website orders come through to this address as well.
