Orders
When you order on our website, an email is sent to you to confirm the order has been successful. When we receive the order, it is processed the next working day and dispatched as soon as possible. As you entered your email address or mobile number, we will use this in Australia Post’s eParcel system. This allows your goods to be tracked. If you ordered by phone or mail and have provided an email address, we will also enter this into the eParcel system.
We use Australia Post for deliveries. A unique barcode will be assigned to each item in your consignment, which is then scanned and tracked all the way through its journey. Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days for major cities and up to 10 days for other areas, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, then please contact us OR Australia Post on 13 13 18 and we will try and trace your parcel for you. Please note, the timeframes provided should be used as a guideline only – not as a guarantee. Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery is out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for any postal delays through the Australia Post delivery network. If you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on the purchase order.
All orders should be sent to info@ibr.net.au. This is important as it ensures that all the necessary IBR personnel will see your order. Website orders also come through to this address.
Yes, you receive a 15% discount on all Business Services Training Package Units and Print resources, with the exception of Trainer Resources, where no discount applies.

Resources General
Simply login to our website by entering your username and password for the account you created when you purchased the resource. Go to the My Downloads tab and download your file.
Download files can be accessed after you have paid for your IBR Trainer Resource. You are required to create a login account with your own password on purchase. Once this is done the Download files are available to you to download to your computer. Alternatively, you may choose to login after purchase to download the files.
Yes. Check the file ‘Financial Tables Notes’ presented in the Downloads for these products:

Yes, you can use the IBR Financial Tables if you have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer. The files you need are located in the Download accompanying the Certificate III or Certificate IV Resources.

By accepting the Copyright/Licence Agreement prior to purchasing your Assessment Materials contained in all Trainer Resource Downloads, you are agreeing to abide by the conditions outlined in the agreement – specifically those relating to copyright clearance.
No – not unless you follow the explicit rules and regulations derived from copyright legislation. Information regarding copyright can be obtained from the Copyright Agency Limited, or the Australian Copyright Council website.
eBooks
Yes we have eBooks available for all of our titles. Go to the Products page and select the eBook category.
Yes, eBooks can only be viewed on an individual’s devices. They can’t be shared on any network or series of computers. The eBook is licenced to the purchaser for their use for 1 year on their personal devices.
No. eBooks are already discounted on the print book price. No further discount is possible.

IBR eBooks are presented in full colour. They are easy to navigate, being fully bookmarked, and have a page scrolling tool available. A comprehensive search facility enables the user to quickly find each occurrence of the searched term in the resource. A suite of ‘tools’ enables annotations to assist learning. These include a drawing tool, highlighter and notes/comments – all are saved for the user and retained for each future viewing.
