We aim to provide an efficient and helpful service to all our clients. Books can be ordered directly from our website in the Products section, or orders may be emailed to info@ibr.net.au. A purchase order number is required.

Payment methods
Payments can be made in Australian Dollars by:

Freight
Freight charges apply. We have found that the most cost-effective and reliable means of delivery is through Australia Post. Depending on your location, this generally takes 4-14 working days. However, if you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on your purchase order. We will contact you, and the courier arrangement and costs will be your responsibility.
Short shipment
Notification to our office should be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Returns policy
No returns will be accepted so please order carefully.
Damaged or faulty goods
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced upon proof of purchase and return of the item(s) in question. Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.
Delivery
Innovative Business Resources cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of IBR’s control. However, we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible. If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to IBR, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

Credit limit
A credit limit of $3000 applies to all new clients.

All Registered Training Organisations, Bookshops and Library Suppliers are entitled to the wholesale price on most products. No discount applies to Trainer Resources.
