Other evidence techniques utilised include projects and workplace assessment.
The assessment tools provided allow the assessor/trainer to meet the following statement as referred to within the Business Services Training Package. “Initial assessment against the competencies is the first point of engagement with the BSTP, for the purpose of recognition of existing skills, guiding feedback on where the learner is and how he/she is progressing.
