Orders

How do I know my order has been received?
When you order on our website, an email is sent to you to confirm the order has been successful. When we receive the order, it is processed the next working day and dispatched as soon as possible. As you entered your email address, we will use this in Australia Post's eParcel system. This allows your goods to be tracked. If you ordered by fax or mail and have provided an email address, we will also enter this into the eParcel system.

What is the delivery time for resources ordered through IBR?
We have found that the most cost effective and reliable means of delivery is through Australia Post. Depending on your location, this generally takes 5-10 working days. However, if you require urgent delivery, or wish to use your own courier or delivery service, please detail your requirements on the purchase order.

What email address can I send my order to if I am not using the website to place my order?
All orders should be sent to info@ibr.net.au. This is important as it insures that all the necessary IBR personnel will see your order. Website orders come through to this address as well.

How do I follow up on my payment or statement?
Ring the Administration Officer at the Distribution Centre on (08) 9286 4208.

Do I receive a discount if I am a Registered Training Organisation?
Yes, you receive a 15% discount on all Business Services Training Units and Learner Resources, with the exception of Assessment Materials and Trainer Resources where no discount applies.
